Now I wake up each morning surrounded by my six feathery family members. We have so much fun together every day! We explore together in summer, and even listen to music. We have lots of games we play when we have to stay inside because it’s too cold. Some of my family aren’t too interested in these tall two-legged beings. I can’t help but wonder, “What if some of them respect us and we can trust them?” I like to stand next to them to see what they’re up to… the ones I’ve met in this new place seem like they are our friends.
